These website terms do not replace a signed proposal or service agreement. Before paid work starts, the parties, scope, fees, third-party costs, responsibilities, support arrangements and applicable service terms must be agreed separately.
Website pages and resource guides explain technology and general business processes. They are not personalised legal, financial-product, investment, credit, tax, BAS, accounting, insurance, migration, medical, engineering, certification or other regulated professional advice. Consider whether information fits your circumstances and obtain advice from an appropriately qualified independent professional where needed.
Submitting a form asks Trai to contact you; it does not confirm an appointment, create a paid engagement or guarantee that a service is suitable or available. A free Tradie Tech Check is an introductory discussion about business systems, not a formal security audit, professional assessment or promise of savings. Any next step, availability and paid scope will be confirmed with you.
Service pages describe capabilities that may form part of an agreed project, not an all-inclusive package. Integrations depend on provider plans, permissions, APIs, data quality and approved scope. Subscription, advertising, carrier, payment-processing and other third-party charges are not included unless expressly stated in an agreement. Trai does not guarantee rankings, leads, revenue, savings, approvals or particular business outcomes.
You may read, link to and use the website to evaluate Trai’s services. Do not attempt unauthorised access or security testing, introduce harmful software, disrupt the website, harvest personal information or submit unlawful or misleading material. Only provide information you are authorised to share. Do not send credentials, payment-card information or confidential third-party records through the general enquiry form.
Trai website content, branding and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may keep reasonable copies for your own internal evaluation with attribution, but must not imply endorsement or resell or republish our materials without permission unless the law permits it. Third-party names, software, fonts and assets belong to their respective owners. Mentioning a provider does not imply a certified partnership or endorsement.
